Partial deliveries may occur if necessary for logistical reasons.
Important: Cannapot has no influence over delivery times. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than usual, especially during peak seasons or due to customs procedures.
Once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, any risk of deterioration or loss passes to the customer. Cannapot is not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping provider.
Insurance covers issues during postal or UPS transport but does not cover confiscation or import bans by customs or authorities.
Note: Goods sent with the Stealth Delivery option cannot be returned or exchanged, since the original packaging is altered for privacy reasons.
If customs or any other authority does not allow the import of an order into your country, the customer has no right to compensation.
Insurance covers shipping-related issues with Post or UPS, but not customs seizures or confiscations.
For returns or rejected deliveries, a 10% administrative fee of the total order amount will be charged.

There are no refunds. Make sure your recharge amount fully covers your order total, including shipping. Excess balance cannot be refunded.
In some countries, the purchase, possession, import, or germination of cannabis seeds may be restricted or prohibited by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with their local laws and import regulations.
If customs or authorities confiscate the shipment, there is no right to refund or replacement. The shipping insurance only covers postal or UPS issues, not government seizures.
Orders of EUR 100 or more are automatically insured. For orders below EUR 100, insured shipping can be added during checkout for EUR 3.90.
It’s a discreet shipping option where seeds are repackaged in neutral containers for privacy. This service costs EUR 10. Returns and exchanges are not possible with this option.
Orders are shipped every Monday and Wednesday, excluding public holidays.
Orders above EUR 150 are shipped free of charge when using the Austrian Post. UPS shipments are not included.
No. PayPal does not allow payments for cannabis seeds, therefore it’s not supported by Cannapot.
