Manufacturer: Sensi Seeds
Shiva Skunk is a very special hybrid, still the most powerful member of the Skunk family at Sensi Seeds and therefore also one of the most potent of the Indica dominated strains. For this reason, it has been christened Shiva Skunk (in honour of the Hindu god Shiva Lord of Bhang).
These genetics became an overnight success when presented in 1987, when they were called Northern Light #5 x Skunk #1, which later became this cannabis strain called Shiva Skunk. Although it was first sold over 35 years ago, it remains a favourite among cannabis enthusiasts. New generations of growers discover it every year and are thrilled by the ease of cultivation.
Shiva Skunk grows very compact, is easy to grow and matures within a very short time, the harvest smells superbly of musk with sweet citrus, and berries and sandalwood can also be found in the delightful smell.
Lineage: Skunk #1 x Northern Lights Genetics: mostly Indica Flowering Time: 7 - 8 weeks Smell: spicy, fruity, sweet Skunk THC: 21%
Sensi Seeds has been around since the 1980s. If you have been around growing at all, you have probably heard of them. They are based in Amsterdam and have been putting out seeds for decades. A lot of the genetics people still talk about started here.

The thing with Sensi is that their catalog has some true classics. Strains like Jack Herer or Northern Lights are kind of timeless. People keep going back to them because they just work. They also make autoflowering seeds and CBD strains now, which a lot of medical growers use. You can grow them pretty much anywhere. Indoors, outdoors, greenhouse, it does not matter. They are steady. Beginners do fine with them, and experienced growers still respect them. If someone asked what seeds to pick when you want something reliable or something with history, Sensi Seeds is usually one of the first names that comes up.
