Julian Marley Special – Silent Seeds

Julian Marley Special by Silent Seeds was created as part of a special collaboration between Silent Seeds, Julian Marley and the BIOBIZZ/JUJU ROYAL team. The feminized strain was developed as a personal signature genetics for Julian Marley and combines modern cannabis breeding with influences from Jamaican culture and the history of the Marley family. Its genetic foundation is the cross of two well-known modern lines: Kush Mints and Apple Fritter.

During cultivation, Julian Marley Special shows vigorous and vital development with numerous slender lateral branches. The plants develop a balanced, relatively open structure with greater spacing between the individual internodes. This allows light and air to reach the inner areas effectively. The large, deep green leaves and the overall elegant, upright plant structure are also particularly noticeable.

The combination of Kush Mints and Apple Fritter brings together two modern US genetics whose different characteristics are also reflected in the appearance of the plants. The pronounced branching and open architecture promote uniform development throughout the entire plant and make Julian Marley Special interesting for both indoor and outdoor setups.

Aromatically, Julian Marley Special takes a powerful and complex direction. Intense earthy Kush and gas notes combine with spicy and deep floral nuances. This creates a multifaceted profile in which the more distinctive gassy side is complemented by spicy and floral accents. Silent Seeds: carrying on Dinafem with a new name

Silent Seeds is based in Rotterdam in Holland. The people behind it are the same ones who were part of Dinafem for years. They know what they are doing since they have been around since 2005. The team came back in 2021 under the name Silent Seeds. It feels like a continuation, not a restart. They focus on both feminized and autoflowering seeds. Some of the work is done together with Sherbinski, which is why you see a few new strains that feel closer to the American style.
