Jamaican Sunset by Silent Seeds was created in collaboration with Julian Marley and developed as a tribute to Jamaica and the characteristic sunsets of the Caribbean. The feminized strain is based on the cross of Mendo Breath and Sunset Sherbet, bringing together two well-known modern US genetics. At the same time, the concept of the strain deliberately incorporates influences from Jamaican landscape and culture.

During cultivation, Jamaican Sunset shows vigorous development with an open and strongly branched plant structure from an early stage. Numerous lateral branches and greater spacing between the internodes allow for good light distribution and air circulation into the inner areas of the plant. Medium-sized, deep green leaves and the harmonious, rather airy structure characterize the distinctive appearance of this genetics.

Jamaican Sunset is suitable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. Silent Seeds describes the strain as comparatively resistant to changing weather conditions and higher humidity. Silent Seeds: carrying on Dinafem with a new name

Silent Seeds is based in Rotterdam in Holland. The people behind it are the same ones who were part of Dinafem for years. They know what they are doing since they have been around since 2005. The team came back in 2021 under the name Silent Seeds. It feels like a continuation, not a restart. They focus on both feminized and autoflowering seeds.
