Purple Urkle female

Purple Urkle - Pyramid Seeds

Purple Urkle is a legendary Californian mostly Indica closely associated with the classic Mendocino Purps genetics. The strain belongs to the well-known Purple lines of the US West Coast and has made a name for itself particularly through its intense colouring and unmistakably sweet fruit profile. Purple Urkle therefore represents a classic Californian genetic style that existed long before modern Candy and dessert hybrids came to dominate the US market.

When grown, Purple Urkle develops a vigorous, compact and distinctly Indica-influenced plant structure. The strain is particularly well suited to indoor cultivation and is considered relatively straightforward to grow. Its manageable growth makes it interesting for both experienced growers and those with less experience who want to cultivate a traditional Californian Purple genetic.

The appearance of Purple Urkle is particularly characteristic. Depending on the phenotype and growing conditions, intense violet to deep purple shades can develop, which are among the best-known characteristics of this genetic. The extent to which the Purple colouring ultimately develops can be influenced by temperature, phenotype and other environmental conditions. Combined with its compact Indica growth, this creates the typical appearance of classic Californian Purple genetics.

Aromatically, Purple Urkle displays a particularly sweet and fruity character. Ripe grapes combine with tropical fruits and a subtle sweet Skunk note. The pronounced fruity sweetness clearly takes centre stage, while the slightly spicy Skunk side adds further depth to the profile. Purple Urkle thus combines classic Mendocino Purps genetics, intense Purple colours and a distinctive grape and tropical fruit aroma.
