This strain is named after Rock Machine M.C., an outlaw motorbike club founded in Montreal (Joint Doctor's hometown). Rock Machine is a true rocker - Doctors Choice used the strongest parents (Afghan x Northern Lights x Lowryder) and created one of the strongest strains in the entire range with these genes.
