Vitamin Z is one of the ingenious hybrids from the Z Road line - the receptor plant used for Vitamin Z is Zunami #13, a selection bred in-house by Grounded Genetics from unpublished seeds. Grounded Genetics pollinated the original Z-Cut with the Gelato 41 x Sherb Bx1. This pollination project resulted in about 60 plants, with the first selection leaving three initial keepers before number 13 was selected. Pheno 13 was chosen as keeper as it managed to retain the Z-terp profile and jealousy bag appeal while improving the lack of growth performance of the original Z. Continuing with Grounded Genetics' goal for the Z Road line, namely to create Zkittlez-dominant feminised hybrids without the slow-growing, finicky traits of the Orginal Z mother, they pollinated the Zunami 13 with the reverse Z Road pollen.
