Purple Haze is a fantastic hybrid with the best characteristics of the parents - this vigorous strain is strong, created from a cross of sativa and indica genetics with a great purple colour. It is a mostly Sativa with a relatively short flowering time that turns a wonderful purple colour towards the end, grows very stably and smells really deliciously of sweet, somewhat tart berries. The yield of this fantastic purple beauty is also marvellous, and the flowering time is also moderate due to the indica influence.
To be successful outdoors, however, Purple Haze needs a warm, sunny climate. A location near the Mediterranean, in the subtropics and, of course, in the tropics near the equator is best suited. Alternatively, it can of course be grown indoors all year round. The strain is perfect for SCROG (Screen of Green) and SOG (Sea of Green) - all ideal cultivation techniques to control growth. The plants also respond well to lollipopping and supercropping. Purple Haze is a legendary strain that smells of sweet spices and incense, grows very compact and has a very euphoric and creative effect.
Incidentally, this cannabis plant remains somewhat smaller than many other sativas, so it doesn't grow so tall as to touch and kiss the sky (...kiss the sky...sings Jimi Hendrix)...
Lineage: Haze x Unknown Indica Genetics: mostly Sativa Flowering Time: 8 - 9 weeks Smell: sweet, slightly tart, berries THC: 20%
