Nigerian Sativa is the original Nigerian strain that was offered in Amsterdam's coffee shops in the 1980s, and was very much appreciated by cannabis enthusiasts. This pure old-school African sativa was originally part of Afropips' seed collection. After Afropips closed in 2010, the underground community started to preserve this Nigerian strain. In 2020, the Khalifa team finally acquired this African beauty through the collector community, creating these regular seeds. Nigerian Sativa is very mould resistant and offers a delicious sweet, woody smell that is rounded off with fruity and musky hash aromas - due to the frequent rainfall during the flowering phase, this strain has developed the ability to withstand high humidity!

Khalifa Genetics is a small team that spends years hunting down and preserving old cannabis varieties. Their work is focused on seeds that have a real history behind them, often coming from regions where the plants have grown for generations without change. Instead of flooding the market with dozens of names, they keep the selection short so each one gets the attention it needs.
