Strain Hunter Seed Bank by Greenhouse
The Strain Hunters Seed Bank was launched in Amsterdam in 2013 with the aim of creating a beautiful collection of great feminized cannabis seeds or hybrids, great automatic strains and, above all, uniquely rare landraces, and making them available to growers and breeders. The Strain Hunters Seeds is a subsidiary of the Green House Seed Company and has many rare and exotic cannabis seeds from Africa, Jamaica, Latin America or Vietnam to offer. These genetics and plants have been discovered, collected, stabilized and propagated on many expeditions around the globe by Arjan, Simon and (the late) Franco Loja. Arjan and Franco made series of documentaries about strainhunting in different areas like in the country of Morocco, Jamaica or Colombia.
The aim of Strainhunters is to secure rare cannabis strains and make them available for the future. The team around Arjan Roskam, Franco and Simon is very keen to include only really good genetics in the Strainhunters collection. Incidentally, the three of them are also the heads of the highly popular Greenhouse Seedbank, which was founded back in 1995.
