Buddha’s Sister – Soma Sacred Seeds

Buddha's Sister, originally also known as Soma Skunk V+, is one of the traditional genetics from Soma's range. Its lineage goes back to a cross of Reclining Buddha and Afghani Hawaiian. The result is a mostly Indica that is characterised by vigorous growth, pronounced branching and a distinctive aromatic character of its own. Buddha's Sister is therefore one of the classic Soma Sacred seeds.

When cultivated, Buddha's Sister develops numerous vigorous side branches and therefore requires sufficient space. Due to this heavily branched growth structure, it is less suitable for a classic Sea of Green, but can be cultivated very well in hydroponic systems. The plants can grow relatively tall and airy, while the Afghani-Hawaiian influence provides additional leaf mass.

The unusual aroma of Buddha's Sister is particularly characteristic. Sour cherry and candy notes combine with a tart sweetness to create a distinctive flavour profile that clearly differs from many classically sweet Indica genetics.
