Dancehall

Dancehall – Reggae Seeds

Dancehall by Reggae Seeds is a cannabis strain created from the cross between Juanita la Lagrimosa and Kalijah. With this combination, the breeder brings together two well-known genetics from its own collection. Juanita la Lagrimosa contributes its established lineage to the cross, while Kalijah complements the genetic background of this versatile hybrid.

When it comes to cultivation, Dancehall is a comparatively uncomplicated and manageable strain. It is particularly interesting for indoor cultivation, where its plant structure is very well suited to a Sea of Green (SOG). Dancehall can also be cultivated reliably in a greenhouse under suitable conditions.

The genetics are considered relatively tolerant and do not place exceptionally high demands on nutrient supply. This makes Dancehall interesting not only for experienced growers but also for those with less experience. The combination of straightforward development and good suitability for SOG makes it a versatile option for different indoor setups.

Dancehall also has a distinctive aromatic character. Earthy notes combine with a pronounced berry aroma to create a fruity and earthy scent profile. Those looking among the Reggae Seeds collection for an uncomplicated genetic for indoor or greenhouse cultivation will find Dancehall an interesting combination of Juanita la Lagrimosa and Kalijah with characteristic berry and earthy aromas.

Reggae Seeds: Caribbean Vibes from Spain

Reggae Seeds kicked things off in Spain back in 2006. The idea was simple. Make good seeds for growers, collectors, and people who need them for medical reasons. The folks behind it have been into cannabis for a long time. Most of their life, really. They went looking for genetics that felt special and kept them close until they were ready to share. A lot of what they offer has plenty of CBD, which makes it interesting for people dealing with certain health problems. What’s more, all these varieties are very easy to grow, even for beginners.

Known For: Caribbean style genetics with a mellow touch
Works Well For: Anyone after natural, oldschool plants

They started by working with commercial strains and landraces from the Caribbean and other parts of the world. At first, they stuck to regular seeds, keeping things natural and avoiding chemical tweaks. Over time, with a lot of trial and error, they added feminised seeds too. If you like the idea of growing something with that roots feel, or you just want seeds that are not the same as everything else, they might be worth a look.
