Beldia

Beldia – French Touch Seeds

Beldia by French Touch Seeds is a traditional Moroccan landrace from the Rif Mountains and belongs to the original Sativa genetics of North Africa. Adapted over generations to the conditions of its native region, Beldia is characterized by its robustness and ability to cope with different climatic conditions. It can handle dry and hot periods as well as wetter conditions, making it particularly suitable for outdoor cultivation and guerrilla grows.

Beldia can also develop well at higher altitudes. The plants are considered resilient and comparatively undemanding, which makes cultivation easier under less controllable outdoor conditions. At the same time, this landrace belongs to the faster Sativa genetics, distinguishing it from many tropical Sativas with considerably longer development times. In addition to outdoor cultivation, Beldia can also be grown indoors, while a greenhouse provides plenty of space for the plants to reach a larger size.

Another characteristic of Beldia is its traditional aromatic profile. Sweet, earthy and herbal notes combine with spicy nuances and are reminiscent of the distinctive aroma associated with classic Moroccan genetics. This makes Beldia particularly interesting for growers and collectors looking for authentic old-school landraces away from modern hybrid lines. Another unusual characteristic is that severe stress at the beginning of cultivation can cause individual plants to start flowering unusually early or independently of the usual photoperiod.
