Briar Berriez by Common Wealth Seed Co is an exceptional cross of Zkittlez × Wild Thornberry. For this genetic, the well-known Zkittlez, also known as Original Z, was pollinated with Wild Thornberry. Since the Zkittlez used in this cross produced only a small number of seeds, Briar Berriez was released in very limited quantities, making it one of the rarer releases from Common Wealth Seed Co.

When grown, the influence of the Zkittlez side is clearly evident, limiting excessive stretching and resulting in comparatively manageable growth. Wild Thornberry complements the cross with vigorous development and its characteristic aromatic background. Common Wealth Seed Co specifies a flowering time of approximately 50 to 60 days for Briar Berriez.

Genetically, Briar Berriez has a particularly interesting US background. The Zkittlez (Original Z) used as the mother is known for its intense, sweet-fruity and floral profile. Wild Thornberry, in turn, is a cross of Strawnana × Animal Face Kush Mints and contributes particularly pronounced strawberry terpenes as well as a stronger, gassy character to the combination.

Aromatically, these two lines come together particularly clearly. Sweet berries and intense strawberry notes combine with floral nuances, gas and the characteristic fruity Zkittlez profile. This creates a complex aroma in which the sweet fruit side is complemented by stronger and slightly floral elements. Briar Berriez thus combines Zkittlez and Wild Thornberry into a rare genetic with berry, strawberry, floral and gas character.

For further lines, selected genetics such as Cheese, Grape Gas, Honey Banana, Rainbow Belts 2.0, Sour Irene OG, Strawberry Guava and Zkittlez were combined with Grape Sunshine. This resulted in a catalogue in which the selection of parent plants and their individual traits is clearly at the heart of the breeding work.
