White Widow Automatic - Spliff Seeds

White Widow Automatic by Spliff Seeds is an autoflowering cannabis strain whose genetics are based on the cross (Brazilian Sativa × South Indian) × Northern Lights Special × Afghan Lowryder. For this autoflowering version, Spliff Seeds combined its own classic White Widow with the proven Northern Lights Special and an Afghan Lowryder line. The aim was to combine the characteristic traits of the original White Widow with automatic flowering and a significantly shorter life cycle. The result is a robust, compact autoflower that, thanks to its Northern Lights heritage, is also well suited to outdoor cultivation in cooler climates, according to the breeder.

Thanks to its automatic flowering, White Widow Automatic begins to flower independently of changes in the light cycle. According to Spliff Seeds, the strain is characterized by a short flowering time and an overall fast life cycle. Its robust development and the genetic influences of Northern Lights Special also make it an interesting choice for cultivation under changeable climatic conditions.

White Widow Automatic's aroma profile combines strong, earthy notes with a characteristic hashish aroma and spicy incense nuances. Particularly striking is the intense, slightly tart base note reminiscent of traditional Afghan hashish varieties. These are complemented by warm, spicy accents and a subtle scent reminiscent of incense, adding further depth to the aroma profile.

Spliff Seeds: Amsterdam Breeding Since the Nineties

Spliff Seeds started back in 1995 in Amsterdam. Two growers, Marcel and Erik, set it up and gave it a logo that people still remember because it is probably the funniest one in the seed scene. From the very beginning, their idea was simple: keep prices fair but make sure the genetics stay strong. They choose their parent plants carefully, then test them over and over before anything is released.

Every batch goes through sorting by hand and repeated germination checks. They only put out fresh seeds that can be counted on. Some growers choose them for the simple growing process, others for the THC punch. Either way, the catalog is straightforward and solid. Incidentally, many varieties of spliff are ideal for growing on the balcony.
