The early development of Big Bud took place in the USA, before the strain was brought to Holland in the 1980s in search of political asylum. As the 'War on Drugs' intensified, many American pioneer growers suddenly became fearful of losing their irreplaceable ganja strains. So the Dutch stepped in and developed these genetics and eventually offered the seeds for sale to growers via Sensi Seeds.

Big Bud is a mostly Indica, they added a touch of Skunk #1 and Northern Light to the original American Big Bud, creating this legendary cannabis strain that has given growers great pleasure for many years. It can be grown successfully indoors and outdoors, requiring little maintenance to show its full potential. A Sea-of-Green is highly recommended and the SCROG method is always successful.
