Manufacturer: Cannabella
Bollywood is a real highlight from Cannabella: a fantastic fusion of power and potency, bred by the experts at Cannabella Genetics. Bollywood is the result of pollinating the original Chocolate Rain with the highly regarded GMO Cake, resulting in a strain that definitely pushes the boundaries of intensity and resilience. From seed to harvest, Bollywood shows vigorous growth and matures quickly into robust plants that thrive in a variety of environments, whether indoors or outdoors: Bollywood truly excels in all environments.
One of Bollywood's most notable characteristics is its exceptional resistance to pests, mould and vermin, ensuring a smooth growing process with minimal intervention. Bollywood smells sweet, but also berry, earthy and very creamy - this really great odour is rounded off perfectly with nuances of pine and fuel.
The genetics of the strain include "US" genetics (OG Kush, Gelato, Cookies etc.). These strains are mostly based on bag seeds of unknown strains or even partly hermaphrodite genetics (which may have been crossed with each other). This leads to a slight genetic instability, so the grower should keep a close eye on the plants. However, Cannabella has done a great job, problems are extremely rare, but the grower should still keep a watchful eye.

Cannabella Genetics began as Cannabella Seed Club back in the early 2000s. It started out small, just a few personal grows and some early crosses shared with people through forums. Over time, the grower kept refining what worked and held on to the stuff that stood out. What they work with now is the result of years of sticking with that process.

Today, the same approach is still in place. New varieties show up from time to time, but many originals are still available. Everything is produced directly by the breeder, not outsourced, and it is clear that the focus is more on detail than quantity.
